RESUMEN

OBJECTIVES: to validate the educational technology "Educational Material on HIV" (INPI - BR 10 2020 003765 0). METHODS: a methodological study with 39 expert judges in HIV/AIDS, using a 5-point Likert scale for assessment. Data were tabulated, processed and analyzed through descriptive analysis. Cronbach's alpha and McDonald's omega tests were performed to analyze internal consistency, and the Intraclass Correlation Coefficient, for reliability. Agreement was established by a Level Content Validity Index greater than 0.90. RESULTS: the assessment instrument showed high internal consistency (Cronbach's alpha of 0.89; McDonald's omega of 0.91) with reliable values. Based on the Intraclass Correlation Coefficient, judges' answers showed acceptable reliability, mean score 0.89 (p<0.001). Agreement among judges was greater than 0.90 in the three assessed dimensions (objectives, presentation and relevance). CONCLUSIONS: the technology was considered a qualified and adequate tool by the judges regarding its objectives, presentation and relevance.

Los datos fueron tabulados, procesados y analizados mediante análisis descriptivo. Se realizaron las pruebas alfa de Cronbach y omega de McDonald para analizar la consistencia interna y el Intraclass Correlation Coefficient para la confiabilidad. La concordancia fue establecida por un Level Content Validity Index superior a 0,90. Resultados: el instrumento de evaluación mostró alta consistencia interna (alfa de Cronbach de 0,89; omega de McDonald de 0,91) con valores confiables. Con base en el Intraclass Correlation Coefficient, las respuestas de los jueces mostraron una confiabilidad aceptable, puntaje promedio de 0,89 (p<0,001). La concordancia entre jueces fue superior a 0,90 en las tres dimensiones evaluadas (objetivos, presentación y relevancia). Conclusiones: la tecnología fue considerada una herramienta calificada y adecuada por los jueces en cuanto a sus objetivos, presentación y pertinencia.

Realizaram-se os Testes alfa de Cronbach e ômega de McDonald para análise da consistência interna, e Intraclass Correlation Coefficient, para confiabilidade. A concordância foi estabelecida pelo Level Content Validity Index maior que 0,90. Resultados: o instrumento de avaliação apresentou alta consistência interna (alfa de Cronbach de 0,89; ômega de McDonald de 0,91) com valores confiáveis. A partir do Intraclass Correlation Coefficient, as respostas dos juízes apresentaram confiabilidade aceitável, escore médio 0,89 (p<0,001). A concordância entre os juízes foi superior a 0,90 nas três dimensões avaliadas (objetivos, apresentação e relevância). Conclusões: a tecnologia foi considerada uma ferramenta qualificada e adequada pelos juízes quanto aos seus objetivos, apresentação e relevância.

RESUMEN

Surgical site infection (SSI) following caesarean section is associated with increased morbidity, mortality, and significant health care costs. This study evaluated the epidemiological, clinical, and microbiological features of Acinetobacter spp. in women with SSIs who have undergone caesarean section at a referral hospital in the Brazilian Amazon region. This study included 69 women with post-caesarean SSI by Acinetobacter spp. admitted to the hospital between January 2012 and May 2015. The 69 Acinetobacter isolates were subjected to molecular species identification, antimicrobial susceptibility testing, detection of carbapenemase-encoding genes, and genotyping. The main complications of post-caesarean SSI by Acinetobacter were inadequate and prolonged antibiotic therapy, sepsis, prolonged hospitalization, and re-suture procedures. A. baumannii, A. nosocomialis and A. colistiniresistens species were identified among the isolates. Carbapenem resistance was associated with OXA-23-producing A. baumannii isolates and IMP-1-producing A. nosocomialis isolate. Patients with multidrug-resistant A. baumannii infection showed worse clinical courses. Dissemination of persistent epidemic clones was observed, and the main clonal complexes (CC) for A. baumannii were CC231 and CC236 (Oxford scheme) and CC1 and CC15 (Pasteur scheme). This is the first report of a long-term Acinetobacter spp. outbreak in women who underwent caesarean section at a Brazilian hospital. This study demonstrates the impact of multidrug resistance on the clinical course of post-caesarean infections.

RESUMEN

Objetivo: construir e validar uma tecnologia educacional sobre cuidados no pós-parto. Método: estudo exploratório--metodológico realizado em cinco fases: exploração da realidade; revisão da literatura; construção da tecnologia;validação e revisão. Participaram 80 mulheres e 13 juízes-especialistas. Realizado em instituições de saúde de Belém.Os dados foram coletados entre 2013 e 2015. Foram utilizados formulários submetidos às análises estatísticas. Atecnologia desenvolvida foi do tipo álbum seriado intitulado “Cuidados no pós-parto”, constituída de dez tópicos:o que é o pós-parto; cuidados que se deve ter nesse período; mudanças que acontecem no corpo e na vidasexual; alimentação; exercícios físicos; o que é depressão pós-parto; higiene e planejamento familiar. Resultados: aavaliação pelos juízes revelou um índice de validade de conteúdo de 81,23%. Conclusão: a tecnologia educacional“Cuidados no pós-parto” mostrou-se válida quanto ao conteúdo, de acordo com os juízes-especialistas.


Objective: to develop and validate educational technology in relation to care in the postpartum period. Method:exploratory methodological study conducted in five phases: exploration of reality; literature review; constructiontechnology; validation and review. There was the participation of 80 women and 13 expert-judges, carrier out inhealth institutions of Belem. The data was collected between 2013 and 2015. The forms were submitted to statisticalanalysis. The technology developed was the flip-chart with the title “Postpartum care”, consisting of 10 topics: themeaning of postpartum; care that should be taken during this period; changes occurring in the body and in sex life;feeding; physical exercises; postpartum depression; hygiene and family planning. Results: the evaluation by the judgesrevealed an 81.23% content validity index. Conclusion: educational technology “postpartum care” proved to be validas to the content, according to the specialized judges.


Objetivo: desarrollar y validar la tecnología educativa en la atención en el período posparto. Método: estudiometodológico-exploratorio realizado en cinco fases: exploración de la realidad; revisión de la literatura; construcciónde la tecnología; validación y revisión. Participaron 80 mujeres y 13 jueces expertos. Realizado en institucionesde salud de Belén. Los datos fueron recogidos entre 2013 y 2015 y se utilizaron formularios enviados a análisisestadístico. La tecnología desarrollada fue el tipo álbum seriado titulado “atención posparto”, constando de dieztemas: que es el posparto; cuidados que se debe tener en este período; los cambios que ocurren en el cuerpo y enla vida sexual; alimentación; ejercicios físicos; que es la depresión posparto; higiene y la planificación familiar.Resultados: la evaluación por parte de los jueces mostró un índice de validez de contenido 81,23%. Conclusión: latecnología educativa “cuidados en el post-parto” se mostró ser válida en cuanto al contenido, de acuerdo con losjueces especialistas.
